Paul D.

After immigrating from Colombia, Paul had been employed until 2020 when his position ended because COVID hit. Paul found a new job in 2021, where he worked a few months, being let go after taking two weeks off due to getting COVID. Paul had applied for unemployment and had been receiving benefits, when his account got hacked, causing him to no longer receive funds. This resulted in a full loss of income. We were able to help Paul apply for a fee waiver form, exempting him from the N-400 application fee. Paul now is on his way to becoming a U.S. citizen.

Deon M.

Deon immigrated from St. Kitts and Nevis and has lived in the United States for over ten years. He has been receiving food stamps from the Florida Department of Children and Families since 2010, qualifying with a bank balance of no more than $2,000. We were able to submit his application to become a citizen after some questions on the documents. USCIS approved the paperwork and he has been studying for the citizenship exam.

Sonia and Joy T.

Sonia has been living in the United States for over ten years, immigrating from Barbados with her daughter. She had been serving as a care giver, but  together their household income surpassed the fee wavier limit. Joy recently became a full time student making no income.  We explained the income change in the form, so that both Sonia and Joy could file a free citizenship application and start to prepare for the exam.
